Shipping policy

At I Heart TX, we're committed to getting your favorite Texas products delivered as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from Houston, Texas.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

During busy periods, severe weather events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

I Heart TX is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

If your package appears lost or has not moved in transit for an extended period, please contact us at info@ihearttx.com and we will assist in working with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, we can:

Reship the package at the customer's expense, or
Issue a refund for the product value minus any shipping charges incurred

Backorders & Inventory Issues

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional inventory discrepancies may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible with available options, including a replacement item, partial refund, or full refund.
