Refund policy

At I Heart TX, we want you to love your Texas favorites. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ihearttx.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement item, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Please do not discard damaged items until we have reviewed your claim.

Food & Consumable Products

Due to food safety regulations, all food, beverages, snacks, seasonings, sauces, coffee, candy, and other consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Apparel & Accessories Returns

Unused apparel and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

There are no restocking fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 1–5 business days for return processing after receipt

  • Additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled any time before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ihearttx.com.

Shipping Delays

We work hard to ship orders quickly, but delivery times are determined by shipping carriers and cannot be guaranteed.

I Heart TX is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
